These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZillaPulse (the "Service"), operated by Socialzilla Services ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
ZillaPulse queries third-party AI systems (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google's models) to check whether a specified brand is mentioned in response to given prompts, and compiles the results into a report. We do not control, and cannot guarantee the accuracy, consistency, or availability of, the underlying AI systems we query.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the company you register.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. Plan limits (brands, keywords, reports, team members) are as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase and may change with notice for future billing cycles.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; infringe on any third party's rights; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service or the AI systems it queries; or use the Service to harass, defame, or spread misinformation about any individual or business.
Reports reflect a snapshot of AI model responses at the time a report is run. AI models are probabilistic and may return different answers to the same prompt at different times. We make no guarantee that a report reflects what any specific end user of an AI system will see, and reports should be treated as directional signal, not a guarantee of outcome.
The Service, its design, and underlying code are owned by Socialzilla Services. Reports generated for your account are yours to use, including under white-label branding where your plan permits it.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive use, or fail to pay for the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialzilla Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business decisions made based on report data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
